Returns

You can return a lamp within 14 days of delivery if it arrived damaged, does not work, or is not the design you ordered.

What is covered
- The lamp arrived broken, cracked or scratched.
- The lamp does not turn on or the light is faulty out of the box.
- You received the wrong design.

What to do
- Contact us at dreamuno4@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number.
- Include a photo or short video showing the damage or the fault.
- We'll confirm the return and send you the instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
- Once we've checked the item, we send a replacement of the same design. If it's out of stock, we'll offer another design of the same price.

Conditions
- Requests made after 14 days from delivery can't be accepted.
- The lamp must be returned with its base, cable and original packaging.
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, water, bent or cut cable) is not covered.
- Change of mind, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Warranty

Every Dreamuno lamp is covered by a 30-day warranty from the delivery date.

What is covered
- The lamp stops working during normal use within 30 days: the LED base no longer lights, the touch switch stops responding, or the cable fails.

What is not covered
- Damage caused by the customer: drops, knocks, cracks, scratches on the acrylic.
- Water or liquid damage.
- A cut, bent or pinched cable, or use with a charger above 5 V.
- Any lamp that has been opened, modified or repaired.
- Normal wear such as light marks on the base.

How to make a claim
- Email dreamuno4@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short video showing the problem.
- If the fault is covered, we replace the faulty part or the whole lamp at no cost.
- After 30 days the warranty ends and repairs or replacements are no longer covered.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The lamp must be unused, in its original packaging with the base and cable, and you'll need your order number. Contact us at dreamuno4@gmail.com to start the return; return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty. Once we receive and inspect the lamp, we'll refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days.
